Your Employer Agreement is open

Your Employer Agreement is open now through October 11. Take the time to review the employees you offer benefits to and the benefits you offer. The Board gives you choice and flexibility in choosing benefits that are right for your organization – and right for your employees. Think about any changes in your organization that may affect the benefits you offer next year and the way you may be able to share costs with employees. Whether you offer one type of coverage through the Board or many, chances are there are some benefits that you might not know are available — or available to more employees. And several benefits can be offered at no cost to you. Did you know that you can offer the Retirement Savings Plan and/or dental or vision eyewear coverage to any employee — regardless of the number of hours worked — and at no cost to you? The entire cost of dental or vision eyewear coverage may be paid by employees. And, while we encourage matching or other contributions to the Retirement Savings Plan, the fact is that any employee can save in the plan, and there is no required employer contribution or cost.
